After spending 17 years building a career at The Orvis Co., Jef decided to join the ohDEER team to fulfill his aspiration of owning a business and providing valuable, in-demand services to his community. Jef’s extensive experience in putting customers first has shaped an approach that prioritizes quality service and customer satisfaction, making him an excellent addition to the ohDEER team.

Jef has a passion for landscaping around his home and understands firsthand the disappointment homeowners feel when deer damage the plants they have worked hard to nurture. He also knows how mosquitoes can quickly end an otherwise enjoyable evening outside and the dangers they, along with ticks, pose to his family’s well-being. Jef and his wife Whitney, parents to two children, strongly believe in avoiding harsh chemicals at home, instead choosing natural solutions whenever possible.
