Most recently, Jimmy served for 12 years as the store manager for The Orvis Company location in Leesburg, VA, where he led a high-performing team and delivered exceptional customer experiences in outdoor retail. His deep passion for the outdoors, combined with his strong background in retail leadership, uniquely suits him to serve the Loudoun County community through ohDEER.

An avid outdoorsman, dedicated gardener and committed conservationist, Jimmy lives his values every day. Whether he’s exploring nature, tending to his garden or supporting local conservation efforts, his love for the environment is evident in both his personal life and his business approach.

Jimmy and his wife, Lailuma share their home with four dogs and one cat, embracing a lively, animal-loving household that reflects their warm and welcoming family spirit.
