Brothers, Derek and Jay Lodi joined ohDEER franchise in March 2018.

Derek joins the ohDEER franchise team after spending the last 5 years working under ohDEER President/Owner Kurt Upham. Combined with his determination to succeed and a relentless work effort Derek will lead the service team for ohDEER Southeastern. Derek and the service team guarantee quality service for your property and a relationship that will last.

Jay joins the ohDEER franchise team after spending 15 plus years in business management and financial services at the corporate level. With the desire to have a more active work life and the ability to spend more time outside Jay noticed the potential that ohDEER has to offer.

Jay will lead the business operations for ohDEER Southeastern. Jay believes that delivering quality service will help build a trusted relationship with each client for years to come.
