Hi! We’re Hannah and Eric Hoffman, the family behind ohDEER Southern Nashville, and parents to three growing boys and Tiger, our Golden Retriever. Yes, he’s named after Tiger Woods and the Clemson Tigers. Sorry, Vols fans!
We’re longtime Nashville-area residents and have called the Gulch, 12 South, and Wedgewood-Houston home before settling in Nolensville to raise our family.
So much of our life happens outside: sports, grilling out, and swimming in the pool. But before ohDEER, enjoying our own backyard usually meant getting eaten alive by mosquitoes and regularly finding ticks on Tiger.
As an entrepreneur and a mom, Hannah immediately connected with ohDEER’s mission of helping families spend more time outside.
What really set ohDEER apart for us was how they do it. Their mosquito and tick treatments are all-natural and plant-based, using ingredients like lemongrass and cedarwood oils instead of synthetic pesticides. They are designed to be safe around kids and pets without leaving harmful chemical residues behind.
For our family, that matters. We wanted fewer mosquitoes and ticks, but we also wanted to feel good about what was being sprayed around our boys, our dog, our pool, and the place we call home.
Now, through ohDEER Southern Nashville, we’re excited to bring that same peace of mind to families throughout our Nashville-area community.
